Position Overview:
As a Front of House Team Member at uBreakiFix, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll combine your exceptional customer service skills with your tech-savvy mindset to assist customers with their accessory, repair, and home tech needs. In addition, you will handle administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the store. And here's the exciting part – high commissions await those who excel in driving sales and service revenue!
Responsibilities:
Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism.
Promote Accessories and Services: Educate customers about our wide range of accessories, repair services, and home tech solutions, providing recommendations to enhance their tech experience.
Sales: Drive accessory and service sales by proactively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their tech-related needs. High commissions are available for top performers!
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.
Manage Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, handle customer inquiries, and manage cash register transactions.
Tech Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and uBreakiFix offerings to better serve our customers.
Bi-lingual is a huge plus!
Commssion: Can make up to $100 - $1k per week. Depends on how you handle each interraction.
