POSITION DETAILS
Hiring for the Lake Charles in Louisiana.
Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
Diagnose, troubleshoot, provide repair estimates and repair devices.
Clear communications in providing recommendations for problem resolution . Excellent communication skills in communicating complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical manner. Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers, both in person and over the phone. Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
TBD for Training for 4 weeks. TBD Thereafter; Bonus potential. Optional Medical Insurance.
Promotions ladder: Technicians become Assistant Managers, Assistant Manager become Managers, Managers become Owners.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding customer service skills. uBreakiFix is not just a REPAIR business. It’s a PEOPLE business.
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
- Exceptional organizational skills-Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work well in team environment-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * A Certification but not required
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
- Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
- Previous experience working at retail electronics store
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
