We are a repair first company, and that is our core business. To supplement that business and service our customers to the fullest extent, there are additional products and services that we offer alongside our repairs. These consist of accessories like screen protection and cases, device cleanings, and even protection plans for in-home tech. You will be expected to offer these and maintain performance standards. Maintaining those standards can also earn you additional income over your hourly base rate.

Remote Technicians travel in our fully equipped repair vans to customers' homes and businesses to repair their damaged devices. This position may also include in store hours.

What you will do:

· Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences

· Responsible for monitoring virtual messaging platforms, based on business needs – upselling Asurion home products

· Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices

· Manage inventory

· Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs/processes and provide feedback

· Self-manage and set priorities

· Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Through interactions with customers, our experts demonstrate integrity in serving, solving and selling with expectations to listen to the customer’s needs, provide accurate information and conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with Asurion's values.

Must pass Driving, Drug, and Background Screening. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be 21 and over.
