I am looking for a Customer Service “SALES" Representative.
If you CAN'T SELL, do NOT APPLY.
I need someone with proven sales experience and tech savvy , that can work directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and selling . This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, and be able to provide customers with the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Have a complete understanding of Home Connect and all accessories carried Instore.
- Meet Sales quotas
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and pricing to customers.
- Extensive knowledge of Portal
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Maintain and manage accessories
- Support BOH and Mobile Vans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques and outbound sales strategies
- Familiarity with sales quota
- Ability to negotiate and upsell effectively
- Organizational skills with a focus on inventory management and control
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
