Computer and Electronics Repair Technician Details:
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles.
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Success in training and developing new employees.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
- You MUST have exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in stock management, including inventory control and ordering processes.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient store environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience
- Previous experience working at a retail electronics store.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions.
- Previous Sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A certification.
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
- Bilingual is a plus.
