Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various electronic devices
- Assisting customers with finding the best solutions for their device issues
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Working efficiently to minimize customer wait time while maintaining excellent customer service
- Inventory management, and upholding store visual standards
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Attending team meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge on different models and repairs
- Maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of store
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of electronic devices and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
