Compensation:
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
