Position: In Store Repair Tech/Soldering Tech
Highlights:
- We are looking for a repair technician who is customer service oriented, well groomed, punctual, assertive, positive, team player and motivated.
- Devices that will be serviced are iPhones, Samsung Galaxy line, and Google Pixels. They will be serviced for a screen repairs or battery replacements.
- A soldering technician
- Pay is Hourly Commissions on sales of phone accessories, extended warranty plans and other upsells. You will have many opportunities to make these sales since we have a steady flow of customers daily.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
THE customer experience is Key
- Sales and understanding the fundamentals of the customer needs.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, potential problem solving and providing solutions.
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Positive, professional and assertive attitude!
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance.
- MUST have a driver's license and over the age of 18
- MUST be able to pass a background check, and drug screening.
Basic Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills
The ability to operating in high pressure situations
- Strong interest in technology
- No repair experience is necessary because we provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
- Ability to work well in team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications
If you have experience, that will be a huge plus.
Job Type: Full time (Hourly Commission)
