Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding CRO services
- Provide timely and professional support to existing and potential clients
- Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive sales
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and product information
- Collaborate with marketing to generate and nurture sales opportunities
- Work with production, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and generate sales reports
- Provide customer feedback to refine service offerings and marketing strategies
- Attend customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent uBriGene
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors
- Preferred experience with iPSC, cell and gene therapy manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
