We're looking for a Associate Director, Software Engineer to:
Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services provided to clients and employees.
Analyze user needs and develop new features to automated testing and deployment.
Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
Provide high quality technology solutions to support Portfolio Management and Trading.
Deliver a first-class scalable, digital and integrated Multi-Asset Portfolio Management and Trading platform.

Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Software Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Application Developer, or related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Software Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Application Developer, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
(1) C#
(2) .NET Core
(3) SQL Server
(4) NoSQL
(5) Cloud providers including AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
(6) Event streaming platforms including Kafka
(7) Agile
(8) Microservices
(9) WCF
(10) Winforms
(11) WPF
(12) Gilab
(13) Software design principles and Architecture patterns
(14) Speckflow BDD testing
