You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas Division, focusing on providing best-in-class service to new Financial Advisors/teams that join UBS. As an Onboarding analyst, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our clients are our number one priority.

We’re looking for a Advisor Transition Analyst/ Onboarding Analyst to:
- help to onboard Advisor recruit teams and their clients
- develop and control process flow and deadlines, collect the right documentation for account opening and service requests
- collaborate across business units, driving day-to-day execution
- keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
- be independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
- be passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
- be a self-starter who is comfortable managing evolving situations
- ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements with client communications and account opening
- identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes
- prepare reports / documentation and present to stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions
- travel domestically on a regular basis, dependent on recruit teams being hired across the country
- San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York: the salary range for this role is $70000 to $80000
Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas Division, focusing on providing best-in-class service to new Financial Advisors/teams that join UBS. As an Onboarding analyst, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our clients are our number one priority.
Your expertise
- bachelor or associate degree or equivalent
- ideally 2 years of experience in client services or working with financial advisors
- series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
- good understanding of operational processes in financial services
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience
- detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting needs
- self-starter, willing to take on responsibility
- strong analytical problem solving skills
- sound judgment and decision-making skills, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and ability to work under deadline pressure
