Your role
Do you have a proven ability to create a business development strategy? Are you an expert when it comes to implementing sales growth plans?
We’re looking for an Associate Market Executive to:
- Act as a deputy to the Market Executive in the daily management of the Market.
- Develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
- Run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
- When appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
- Assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning
- Serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities
You’ll be working as part of Private Wealth Management Americas. Your expertise
- Ideally 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution.
- Proven leadership experience with ability to motivate team and drive sales goals.
- Series 7, 66, and 9/10 required.
- Motivated, self-directed and driven.
- Skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch).
