The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ and Charlotte, NC committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience.
Our team currently serves over 200,000 clients. Our clients are served over the phone by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.
You’ll be working as part of the Business Optimization team leading our social media and marketing efforts playing a critical role in the WAC’s overall public presence and impacting our aggressive growth targets.

- be held accountable for driving and executing various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
- develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals
- build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to amplify our brand presence
- lead creative marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms to drive engagement and growth
- analyze market trends, campaign performance, and audience insights to optimize strategies and ensure measurable success
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communications and marketing efforts
- act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values and vision are effectively communicated to the public
- stay up to date on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our marketing and PR strategies innovative and competitive

- 3 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a similar role with a proven track record of success
- a strong knowledge of media relations, digital marketing, and social media platforms
- desire to build relationships enhancing an established culture
- a deep understanding of branding and audience engagement strategies
- experience with content creation, copywriting, and graphic design preferred but not mandatory
- creative and innovate with developing unique and impactful public marketing messages
- highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- exhibits self-confidence and composure in high-pressure situations
- demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed
