Your role
Are you PowerPoint guru? Someone who knows the importance of tone of voice, brand identity guidelines, and understands that sometimes less is more? Can you effectively convey key messages to a varied audience with just a few slides? Do you have a keen sense of detail?
We are looking for a high-performing member to join our COO US team to :
- Design and create visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations tailored to various audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adhering to branding guidelines.
- Assist US Digital Reporting Lead in developing consolidated strategy updates for senior stakeholders and help coordinate with Stream Leads
- Coordinate reporting (for the consumption of GEB, regulators, CUSO, and GWM management) in partnership with the GWM COO and Stream Leads
- Continually refine the status reporting process to reduce duplication and optimize the process. Making the expectations and process more transparent for all participants and leveraging source systems
- Provide insightful, accurate and consistent information on a variety of strategic business topics
- Provide administrative support for business initiatives that drive organizational culture forward
