- Manage the CIO & Investment Solutions (CIO IS) and GWM Unified Global Markets
- Work with product areas through regulatory exams (e.g., Federal Reserve, FINRA, SEC)
- Manage regulatory related processes for CIO IS & UGMA BRO
- Coordinate the business with UBS internal regulatory interfaces
- Manage and/or support other BRO functional risk management programs as needed

Your team
You will be working as part of the Business Risk Organization (BRO) team within the CIO IS Americas group. This is within the GWM US Wealth Management business division.
BRO interfaces with our businesses to deliver effective fit-for-purpose risk and quality management solutions supportive of CIO IS & UGMA Management and Business Partners/Control Functions. At any given point, the BRO Team is executing against both externally driven requirements and divisional originating projects, initiatives and ongoing processes. BRO also manages the key CIO IS & UGMA Risk Governance Forums.
BRO is central to the implementation of the UBS Group Non-Financial Risk Framework. The approach strikes a balance between efficiently engaging the business to meet required deliverables while minimizing disruption to their day-to-day operations, notably within the following "functional programs."

Your expertise
Experience / Mandatory
Soft Skills
Education
- minimum of 7 years' experience
- experience working directly with financial services regulators (e.g., Federal Reserve, FINRA, SEC)
- experience with regulatory related processes and implementations (e.g., CCAR, CAT, TRACE Reporting )
- experience with and knowledge of financial products and their development life cycle management
- experience working with the business in regulatory, compliance, risk or audit environment, with a combination a plus
- awareness and knowledge of national and international industry wide risk related initiatives and structures (e.g., SOX)
Soft Skills
- Extraordinarily strong attention to detail which is reflected in work produced and communications with internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
- A great communicator (written/verbal) with the ability to present and negotiate complex issues at all levels through senior management
- Capable of working in virtual teams leveraging immediate colleagues and others as necessary
- Desire to grow in role by learning and teaching with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert
- Skilled at initiating, nurturing, and developing strong interpersonal relationships
- Able to challenge and be challenged
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or other master’s degree is a plus
- Additional financial services education or qualifications a plus
