Your role
We’re looking for a Client Associate to:
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- New York: the salary range for this role is $66500 to $70000
Your team
You’ll be working within a Private Wealth management branch office where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.
Your expertise
- series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
- ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
