We're looking for a Service Associate / Client Associate to :
- carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Market
- greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service
- create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
- maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
Your team
You'll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. You'll play an important role in success of the teams and organization of the office.
