Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. You’ll play an important role in success of the teams and organization of the office.

Your role

We’re looking for a Service Associate/Client Associate to:
- carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Market
- greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service
- create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
- maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

Your expertise
- ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- series 7 and 66 licenses or willing to obtain
- bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance
