WWS is one of the key initiative growth businesses within UBS Wealth Management (WM) and serves as a qualified lead generator for the broader UBS WM business. We are a leading provider of advisory, recordkeeping, financial reporting, and execution services for public companies and their equity plan participants. The WWS Financial Reporting team works directly with the accounting, corporate tax, and financial reporting teams of our corporate clients using UBS Plan Admin Pro. Plan Admin Pro is UBS' equity compensation record keeping software used by corporate clients to assist with their ASC 718 equity compensation compliance under US GAAP. It allows companies to perform financial analysis and generate reports needed for the share based compensation sections of the companies': 10K, 10Q, annual proxy, stock compensation expense accrual, and other required equity compensation financial reports.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for UBS WWS corporate clients' financial reporting team.
- Resolve complex issues with: Stock Compensation Expense, Disclosures, Diluted EPS, Deferred Tax Asset, Share Balance, and Proxy reporting.
- Quickly and accurately address client questions while providing excellent client service.
- Provide clients with support during month/quarter/year end reporting cycles.
- Assist migrating and reconciling clients from the legacy Financial Online system to Plan Admin Pro.
- Identify ways to build relationships and drive client loyalty by suggesting best practices and solutions.
- Ensure clients are aware of new reports and functionality on the Plan Admin Pro.
- Provide client training on the Plan Admin Pro as needed.
- Lead short-term special projects, and support clients with their corporate actions.
- Manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously and prioritize client escalations.
- Determine ways to enhance internal processes to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal partners on inquiries and corrections.
- Lead cross-departmental projects.
- Partner with Product Team to assist with improvements to Plan Admin Pro.
- Work with Implementation Team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
- Be responsible for compliance with SOC 1 procedures.

Your expertise
You have:
- 5 years of equity compensation or accounting experience
- Familiarity with accounting rules for share-based compensation under ASC 718
- Understanding of equity plan compensation and the wealth management industry
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to follow through
- Ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders
- Project management experience, with the ability to work on multiple short-term projects concurrently
- Expertise and experience in theoretical accounting subjects
- Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or math
- Prior database management experience desired
- Prior product development experience desired
- Prior experience with equity plan recordkeeping software desired
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) desired
- Client-focused with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner and self-motivated
- Excellent at problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and data management
- Exceptional at time management and the ability to prioritize workload and critical items
- Adept at interpreting complex accounting theory and translate into easily explained process
- Able to confidently communicate complex topics in a way that is tailored to the audience
- Strong at training clients and conducting presentations
- Comfortable with moderate to advance MS Excel formulas and features
- Willing to work long hours when necessary and consistently contribute to the growth of the WWS business by "thinking out of the box”
