• manage client project plans, ensuring steps are completed timely while managing client expectations
• create written client procedure documents, process runbooks/checklist, and client training materials
• provide support to product team design through the client setup process and work closely with technology and product management to design and support automated data comparison tools
• review data reconciliation packages with corporate clients as well as meet challenging deadlines and conduct corporate client meetings
• keep senior management, relationship management and service managers abreast of progress of the project
• coordinate client testing plans with UBS Plan Admin and Financial Reporting Team
• become proficient in the understanding and ability to setup clients on our equity plan platforms
• lead client training aligned meetings and participate in internal team meetings as well as WWS meetings
• ensure team is continually identifying ways to improve relationship by suggesting service and process improvements that could positively impact productivity and corporate client satisfaction
• review and escalate client specific custom administration requests (e.g., reports, scripts, or custom processes)
  
  

Your team
You will be joining the WWS Equity Plan Strategic Projects team. This team works closely with equity plan product management, technology, client service team, and corporate client on strategic projects.

UBS provides equity compensation plan administration and wealth management services to corporate plan sponsors and plan participants. Our goal is to: (1) provide effective corporate solutions to drive new and retain existing corporate relationships and (2) provide insight and advice to participants regarding their equity plan awards and broader financial wellness to drive additional wealth management business.

Your expertise

• deep understanding of equity compensation and plan administration
• strong background in project management and customer service with exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize work accordingly
• previous experience as a project management lead with proven success on multiple concurrent projects
• ability to collaborate across the organization and key stakeholders
• excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills necessary to identify and implement solutions
• proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• undergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required
• CEP designation or willingness to pursue
• ideally, 5 years of experience in Financial Services industry
• able to apply knowledge in decision making situations and exercise sound judgment under pressure
• self-starter with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate complex technical topics in clear and easily understood terms
• positive, with a can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
