Reporting into Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Practice Head of Experience Design, this role helps to ensure the success of the organization's digital products.
We're looking for a Lead Designer with these qualities who can :
- work closely with cross-functional design, product, and development team members to improve digital products and journeys iteratively and continuously across all phases of the design process
- drive and influence key stakeholders towards a unified experience that serves client needs and business outcomes
- plan and facilitate workshops across the design process to align the product-vision with the product owner and get all needed requirements of the product including design sprints, storyboarding, and other design thinking methods
- conduct qualitative and quantitative user / client research and surface key insights, implications, and recommendations for experience design
- create actionable personas and journeys informed by user / client research
- synthesize business goals and user / client needs into tangible design solutions
- build, test, and refine prototypes and set a design direction for products, services or journeys
- create specifications for developers and review the implementation
- serve as a voice of human-centered design across the organization
- act as a culture carrier for the digital business while nurturing and developing a mindset of effectively challenging the status quo and helping the organization think differently

You will be working within the Experience Design & Analytics team supporting the Wealth Management Americas organization. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, service designers, researchers, visual designers, interaction designers, copywriters, experience analysts, conversion specialists and usability experts. You will partner with our Head of Experience Design & Analytics, Practice Head of Experience Analytics & Optimization, Practice Head of DesignOps & Strategy, and Product Crews and Pods across Wealth Management Americas.
