We’re looking for a Market Operations Officer to:

• Support the Market as an as an operational subject matter expert within the Field Operations team
• Manage operational support staff
• Educate all employees on operational policies and procedures
• Manage operations-related client issues
• Oversee account opening and maintenance, funds received and disbursed, correspondence and communications with the public, and trade corrections
• Monitor client accounts and transactions
• Perform delegated supervisory functions, approvals and authorizations for the Market

• San Francisco: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $125000

You’ll be working in-person as part of Wealth Management Americas as a part of the Field Operations team aligned to the San Francisco Market. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
