In an effort to provide more seamless access for our wealthiest clients to our most differentiated products and capabilities, UBS recently announced the creation of a new “Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Plus” client segment and the launch of an enhanced cross-divisional client service offering. In close coordination with the client's Financial Advisor, this client segment will be serviced by dedicated groups of subject matter experts across Wealth Management, the Investment Bank and Asset Management. The CIO Portfolio strategy team is a diverse group of experts specializing in asset allocation, portfolio construction, and quantitative research/development. By working collaboratively, we design bespoke solutions and insight to support individuals and institutions in navigating asset allocation, private markets, hedge fund strategies, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Our purpose is to deliver tailored advice, serving UHNW clients, families, and institutions with precision and care.

- develop full-stack features within an Agile development environment
- contribute to and review code to ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality production code while learning from and mentoring team members
- support database development and maintenance by organizing, updating, and ensuring accuracy of analytical data for team use
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, product owners, and other developers and CIO stakeholders
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
- maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation
- leverage your interest in financial products to enhance portfolio construction and investment decision-making

Your team

Your expertise
- hands-on experience with Fifteen-Factor App principles and Agile methodologies
- skilled in JavaScript or TypeScript development
- proficient in at least one core programming language: Java, C#, or C
- proficient in at least one computational mathematics programing language: Python or MATLAB
- experienced with modern front-end frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular
- proficient in back-end frameworks: FastAPI, Spring Boot, LoopBack, or .Net Core
- knowledgeable in relational databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or Oracle
- familiar with NoSQL databases such as KDB , Pinecone, or CosmosDB
