We’re looking for a service associate to:
- undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control and reconciliations tasks
- provide support and advice for Team Associates and Financial Advisors
- see that Operations processes – like order entry and trade error processing – comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies
- create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
- maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
Your team
You’ll be working within a WMA Office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Your expertise
- ideally 1 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
