- Assist customer with all billing inquiries, new service request, along with disconnects or any account change request.
- Assist prospective customers with package and available inventory options that best suit the callers needs.
- Complete paperwork for service application and gathers all needed information from the customer.
- Investigates credit reference of new customers.
- Process proper billing to customer account for all service request or changes.
- Greet all customers on the phone with professionalism.
- Make phone contact to current customers when facility or other upgrades are made, making them aware of new service speeds and packages available, may also include other correspondences as needed.
- Promote sells and services of Strata Networks.
- Gain knowledge of all company products and services.
- Be a team player in all areas of the job.
- Achieve objectives and goal requirements of the Strategic plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma and Business Degree or 2-5 Years in related Customer service and Sales.
- Outstanding Communications Skills including, Oral and Written Communications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects.
- Ability to identify problems and resolutions quickly.
- Must work well in a team environment maintaining professional conduct.
- Can type 45 WPM with 90 % accuracy.
Some travel may be required from one office to another
