This position provides technical support of assigned clinical and/or financial applications aligned with UC Davis Health goals. This position is responsible for life cycle management of clinical and/or financial applications supported by IT and will oversee day to day operations as well as project support for these applications.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in health sciences, information technology, computer science, or related area; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and/or financial practices and principles.
- Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness.
- Demonstrated ability to develop workflows and integrate technology into clinical, financial or operational workflows.
- Proficient in office automation software (word processing, spreadsheets, visual presentation, etc.).
- Demonstrates interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hyland Certified OnBase Workflow Administrator
- Hyland Certified OnBase System Administrator
- Hyland Certified OnBase Workflow expert
- Experience administering OnBase in a clinical environment with Epic EHR integrations.

Department Overview
Innovation Technology Applications supports all missions and strategic goals of UC Davis Health to provide technology solutions for our faculty, staff, patients, and students in support of clinical care, research, education, and community engagement. Department Specific Job Scope
Comprehensive lifecycle management of downstream clinical applications which includes evaluating system design, overseeing implementation and configuration, providing day-to-day operational and project support, performing and/or familiar with System Administration tasks (such as system analysis, database management, firewall configuration, network administration, and server & HL7 Interface configuration), handling technical project management, and managing FDA devices.
