Responsibilities
The IT Procurement Analyst analyses and processes incoming orders from IT business partners ensuring adherence to standard UCD Health business practices, procedures and processes are applied and that requirements for projected budgets and contracted pricing guidelines are met. This position collaborates with Purchasing and Finance to maintain the complete procure-to-pay process for IT Business purchases.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with procurement/purchasing processes
- Understanding of general financial concepts in the Procure to Pay lifecycle
- Proficient with accounting software, programs, and financial information systems on a PC platform, as well as MS Office applications, SharePoint, relational databases, internet applications and other relevant programs
- Experience researching, analyzing, and modeling data for reporting and presentation purposes
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks
- Experience establishing priorities and adapt to ongoing changes in policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of departmental operational and capital budget and related requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with UCDHS policies and procedures and skills to incorporate them into operations and roles and responsibilities
- Experience working in an IT Business environment

Must be flexible to work variable schedule to meet business needs.
