Asset Manager, Commercial Real Estate Lending

Job Description:

UC Funds, a fast-paced boutique private equity real estate firm located in Boston, is looking for a talented Asset Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Real Estate assets and loans throughout the country.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage a portfolio of both commercial real estate loans and assets

·       Prepare weekly / monthly/ quarterly reporting package on portfolio

·       Review and analyze property monthly financials and cash flow statements

·       Manage and track renovation and construction draws

·       Update and distribute Asset Management reports

·       Research and analyze pertinent market data and key economic indicators

·       Review and analysis of third-party / consultant reports

·       Utilize financial models for property valuation, tracking and reporting

·       Perform property site visits (monthly/quarterly/annual)

·       Monitor loan document covenants

Job Requirements:

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

·       Advance Microsoft Excel a plus, Word, and Outlook

·       Underwriting, Portfolio Management, and Loan Servicing knowledge

·       Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance

·       Entrepreneurial attitude

·       The ability to travel a requirement
