Job Title: Reconstruction Manager
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the entire reconstruction process from assessment to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assessment and Planning: Evaluate damage extent, develop reconstruction plans, and estimate costs. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to design solutions.
- Team Coordination: Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure all parties adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage budget allocations, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all work meets local building codes, regulations, and standards. Implement quality checks throughout the reconstruction process.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and compliance with permits and regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address unforeseen issues or changes in scope quickly and efficiently, adapting plans as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Several years of experience in construction management or a similar role, with a proven track record in reconstruction projects.
- Certifications: Certifications in reconstruction can be advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in construction methods and not afraid to get their hands dirty if need be.
Work Environment:
- Primarily on construction sites, with some office work for planning and administrative tasks. We love different pov's. But a woke person per would not be a good fit. We have an incredible Founder of the firm, and he treats all of us very well. We are also a VERY patriotic company.
