The Specialty Masters Programs department includes the following 5 programs: Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc), Master of Finance (MFin), Master of Business Analytics (MSBA), Part-time Online Master Science of Business Analytics (PTOMSBA) and Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MIE). The department includes Recruitment and Admissions, Program Services and Career Services teams.

Your Role on the Team
The Senior Program Administrator of Program Services is responsible for all aspects of program management and coordination of activities related to The Paul Merage School of Business Specialty Masters Programs (SMP). Further, is responsible for all academic advising to the students in the SMP Programs including academic probation, registration, add/drops waivers and substitutions, and leaves of absence. Should also have basic knowledge of U.S. visa and immigration procedures, and employment eligibility to advise admitted international students and/or provide resources to further assist the students. The Sr. Program Administrator is also responsible for advising students on professional certification requirements, tracking students' progress in the program and for ensuring that program requirements are met. Plans and implements high-engagement student events, such as orientation and commencement celebration events. Under the direction of the Director of Program Services, monitors course scheduling effectiveness for the programs and curricular coordination; works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other campus departments on issues relating to the SMP Programs.

- Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends.
