DESCRIPTION

The NetSuite Functional Business Systems Analyst will support and act as an advocate for internal NetSuite ERP / POS users ensuring efficient system use and problem resolution. Responsible for the management of daily inquiry responses, system troubleshooting, and is the primary contact for NetSuite operations-related queries. Will also conduct system design and configuration, manage escalations, and train end-users. Incumbent supports continuous learning and system optimization by creating reports and dashboards and maintains a knowledge base.

Applies business process and analysis concepts and department / unit and location policies and procedures to resolve a variety of business process problems. Works on business process issues of limited to moderate scope where evaluation of processes, procedures and data requires analysis using a variety of factors.

As a member of the HDH team, you will be part of a self-funded unit with over 900 staff employees, 1,000 student employees, and an annual operating budget of $250 million, providing housing and dining services to over 20,000 students, faculty, staff, and their families. QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with various NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, e-Commerce, and Supply Chain Management, and how they integrate within the overall system. Intermediate knowledge of related areas of IT.

General knowledge of business and process analysis functions. Understanding of NetSuite's reporting tools and dashboard capabilities, including saved searches, report creation, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Knowledge relating to software design Knowledge and understanding of NetSuite's functionalities, configurations, and integrations.

Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.

Skills associated with analysis of processes and issues of moderate scope, information flow and architecture.

Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.

Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Interpersonal and communications skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Ability to translate user needs into practical system requirements, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and user experience within the campus Bookstore's NetSuite environment.

Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines. Demonstrates problem-solving skills.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range : $69,500 - $123,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent : $33.29 - $59.15

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
