The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, expertise in handling complex tenant disputes, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in landlord-tenant cases, including housing court proceedings.
- Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, leases, and agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide clients with strategic counsel on landlord-tenant issues.
- Efficiently manage a caseload, consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations.
