They have deep accounting and business advisory experience in a variety of sectors, especially real estate, insurance, manufacturing and distribution, and construction. Their services include accounting, assurance, business valuation, incentives, tax, technology and more.
Tax Manager Responsibilities:
• Managing and reviewing small to large sized tax clients
• Preparing and reviewing tax provisions (ASC 740/SSAP 101)
• Assisting and reviewing complex consolidated tax returns, with combined/unitary states
• Leading tax research and consulting projects, including assisting with the preparation of tax opinion letters
• Providing effective and timely feedback and mentoring to tax staff
• Actively participating in business development events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Licensed CPA or CPA eligible
• At least three to five years of recent public accounting experience in tax
• Corporate tax return preparation and tax issues, including a working knowledge of consolidated return issues (federal and state)
• Insurance tax experience is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and client-relationship skills
• A willingness to work with and learn from all your team members
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team while juggling multiple priorities
• Communication skills - clear, concise writing and verbal skills

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
