FACILITY LOCATION: Long Island, NY
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
UCare Staffing LLC, a direct-hire and executive search firm partnered with oneof the largest manufacturing companies in the world! They have a need for a temp Human Resources Coordinator. This candidate will be reporting to their Long Island, NY office. Candidate MUST have ADP Workforce Nowexperience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- I9 Verification
- Verification of Employment forms
- Processing terminations
- Reconciling invoices
- Filing/scanning
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strict confidentiality a must Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Teamwork and customer service skills
