Salary : $141,898 / year
UCare anticipates paying within the above-references salary range for this position. The actual base salary offer for this position will be determined by a variety of components including but not limited to work experience, education, certifications, location of the role, internal equity, and other relevant factors.

What you will do :
- Design, deliver, support, and maintain data integration solutions.
- Design, develop, implement, test, analyze, and support data integration software applications.
- Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
- Analyze and debug software in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.
- Collaborate with other engineers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new data integration programs and applications.
- Plan phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projects.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
- Research, finalize, consult, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
- Perform Production Support on a rotation basis.
- Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, increasing performance through SQL tuning, and general debugging.
- Perform critical analysis of QA results and deliver updates to ensure excellent data quality.
- Generate statistics and prepare and write reports for management and / or team members on the status of the programming process.
- Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and / or appearance of company Website and / or related Web applications as necessary.
- Resolve problems associated with the integration of Informatica with schedulers, databases, file transport protocols, and external trading partners.
- Install software products for end users as required.
- Create Automic (UC4) jobs and schedule per the requirements of each project.
- Utilize the following tools and technologies : Informatica Power Center, SQL Server, Oracle, Flat Files, XML, and SharePoint.
- Position allows work from home anywhere in the United States. Headquarters located at 500 Stinson Blvd NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413.
- The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, or closely related field.
- The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in a software developer / engineer position, or closely related occupation.
- The qualified candidate must also have at least 5 years (60 months) of experience with all of the following : (a) designing, developing, implementing, testing, and analyzing software applications; (b) creating UC4 jobs and scheduling per requirements; (c) analyzing and debugging software applications; (d) writing programming scripts; (e) preparing and documenting software requirements and specifications; (f) reviewing and designing systems for compatibility and data integration; and (g) utilizing the following tools and technologies : Informatica Power Center, SQL Server, Oracle, Flat Files, XML, and SharePoint.
- All experience may be gained concurrently.
