Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Market Access Operations Lead to join us in our Market Access team, based in our US headquarters office in Atlanta, GA About the roleThe Market Access Strategic Operations Lead role involves high-level project management and is responsible for supporting Market Access Operations across the organization. This team member champions UCB culture and values, enabling the organization to execute its most critical priorities efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.   Who you’ll work withThe Market Access Strategic Operations Lead is a core member of the Market Access team and will work in partnership across the organization to ensure cross-functional collaboration and operational oversight. The role involves project management, stakeholder management, decision-making, and communication across Market Access teams.What you’ll doAccess Operations : Lead Market Access Operations, including strategic and operational planning, to ensure efficient execution of critical priorities in accordance with UCB policies . Lead team that serves on working groups on development of Market Access meetings content & developmentStrategic Planning : Assist the Head of Market Access Strategic Planning, Analytics & Insights  by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance market access initiatives.   Support teams Congress Meeting planning, meeting schedules, objectives and impact tracking and summary Field Incentives Planning : Lead planning and oversight of Market Access Field Incentives, including Pinnacle and MBOs.Annual and Quarterly Meetings : Lead planning and execution of the Market Access annual meeting and support quarterly leadership meetings.Content Support : Provide content inputs for Market Access Monthly Board Notes.Impact and Engagement : Elevate Market Access impact and engagement within and outside of UCB in compliance with internal UCB policies as well as external laws and regulations .Formulary & Access Communication : oversee and distribute formulary content and access changes Strategic Initiatives : Assist in developing, tracking, and executing Market Access strategic initiatives and goals. Risk Management : Identify roadblocks, risks, and opportunities to keep the market Access organization on track.Leadership Team Coordination : Coordinate leadership team meetings, set agendas, and track follow-ups.Process Optimization : Ensure operational processes are optimized and key initiatives are progressing.Meeting Planning : Oversee Market Access Meeting planning and National Meeting. Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills4 years of US pharmaceutical experience, preferred at least 1 year in US Market Access.Highly proficient in Microsoft tools.Understanding of the US healthcare system, including providers, payors, and influencers, as well as the federal and state regulatory environment governing industry practices.  Ability to work in a complex matrix environment and influence without authority (Field Sales, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Ethics & Business Integrity, Global Department, Clinical Development, IT, etc.).Proven experience leading complex projects and being a project team member.This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $136,000-179,000.
