We are looking for a Global Indication Marketing Lead for psoriasis (PSO) Immunology Team who is a strong leader, has an integrative mindset capable of working cross-functionally among stakeholders to join us in our Global Immunology Marketing team, based in our Atlanta, Georgia office in the U.S. or Brussels, Monheim, Germany or Slough, Madrid, Paris or Milan.
About the role
The Global Indication Marketing Lead will lead global cross-functional and regional partnerships to maximize the potential of a world-class dermatology asset indication (US, EU, International Markets). They will enhance the overall asset to align with company objectives, fostering growth, innovation, and market leadership and reinforcing UCB's dedication to psoriasis (PSO) while fulfilling patient needs.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a High-Impact Global Strategy – Define and execute breakthrough marketing strategies that maximize asset potential.
- Expand Market Reach & Drive Growth – Spearhead global and regional launches, ensuring successful market entry and long-term success.
- Engage Key Stakeholders & Decision-Makers – Build strong partnerships across healthcare systems, patient advocates, and regulatory bodies to overcome market access barriers.
- Leverage Data-Driven Insights – Utilize advanced analytics and market intelligence to shape strategy and optimize patient experiences.
- Champion Brand Excellence – Craft compelling brand positioning, messaging, and omnichannel campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients.
Who You Will Work With:
- Work closely with US, EU, and IM regional teams, medical affairs, patient engagement, market access, regulatory, commercial teams, and compliance functions to drive asset maximization.
- Partner with healthcare system leaders, patient advocates, and industry players to address unmet needs, navigate institutional challenges, and build strong partnerships within the care ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure asset strategies align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and the evolving healthcare landscape
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical strategy & leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years leading product launches, driving brand growth and lifecycle planning
- Good understanding of market access challenges for high-cost medicines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in PSO, Dermatology or Immunology.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and market access navigation, with global brand experience
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, collaborating across functions and geographies.
- Digital-first mindset with experience in omnichannel marketing and data-driven decision-making.
