About the Role :
As the Head of AES, you will :
- Oversee the field-based Account Experience Specialist (AES) team, ensuring alignment with UCB's patient services strategy and business goals.
- Link strategy to execution by empowering the AES team to provide seamless FINTEPLA patient onboarding and REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) compliance.
- Serve as the driving force behind operations, leadership, and financial oversight for the AES team, facilitating patient progression to active therapy in partnership with healthcare providers and external specialty pharmacy (SP) partners.

Salary range :
This position's anticipated base salary range is 171,400 - 224,900 per year. The actual salary offered may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity, among other factors.
