We are looking for an Evidence Generation (EG) Impact Maximisation Lead who can synthesise complex internal and external Global-Local EG considerations to maximise Country EG impact, drawing on extensive cross-stakeholder EG planning and subject matter expertise, to join the Patient Impact Maximisation team in our Brussels, London or Atlanta offices
About the role
The EG Impact Maximization Lead ensures that Countries and Regions develop evidence generation plans with highest impact by providing a streamlined, impact-enabling global-to-local interface between the Global Brand Teams and Countries
For the Country interface, you will enhance Country capability to define and prioritize EG needs with highest cross-stakeholder impact, and to develop EG plans that have highest impact potential, are optimized across Countries and Regions, utilize data sources and evidence methods most effectively, and represent highest productivity investments
You will provide a critical, agile interface for Countries to gain streamlined study endorsement for qualifying studies
For the Global Brand team interface, you will represent the synthesized, priority Country / Region EG needs to the Brand EG Core Team (CT) to influence and align with Global stakeholder perspectives to maximize the impact of the EG Strategic Imperatives (SIs) and EG Plan
Who you’ll work with
You will work with Cross-functional EG Teams at Country, Regional and Global levels, as well as Subject Matter Experts that support EG strategy and planning
What you’ll do
- You will collect a comprehensive cross-stakeholder view of Country and Region EG needs, applying a consistent framework to ensure that these EG needs are insight-driven and have a clearly-defined impact potential
- You will synthesise and prioritise the EG needs and represent them to the Brand EG CT to maximise the potential impact of the EG SIs and EG plan
- You will partner with Countries and Regions to translate the Global EG SIs and EG plan to develop their EG plans for maximised impact and investment productivity
- You will conduct first-tier assessment of Country study ideas and decide on their eligibility for streamlined governance
- You will maintain and utilise a portfolio perspective on the Brand EG investments (relative impact and investment productivity) to support EG prioritisation and definition of EG ambition for the Brand

Required Skills:
- Relevant Masters Degree level education
- Ability to integrate the strategic and visionary approach for the Brand with interpretation and synthesis of multiple complex internal and external considerations to develop a high-impact EG approach and make independent decisions
Preferred Skills:
- Subject matter expertise and experience in strategic, cross-stakeholder EG needs assessment, EG plan optimization, and study concept design
- Knowledge on country EG cross-stakeholder archetypes, RWE approaches, RWD channels and EG methods – with ability to recognize relevant emergent aspects and innovate accordingly
- Ability to synthesize and present complex information articulately and credibly with adaptive communication styles and method for both non-expert and seasoned RWE audiences
