Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- MIPS Tracking / Training
- Depression screening tracking
- Staging report and tracking
- Monitoring no-show / late appt live well
- Screening day
- Entering in providers
- Visit note status
- SMG- patient satisfaction surveys
- Insurance contracts
- FPPE @ the hospital
- Maintain effectiveness of the Compliance Program
- Serve as a corporate resource for healthcare compliance matters, including Medicare reimbursement information, and coding / billing matters, as well as HIPAA and OSHA.
- Evaluate, develop, and modify policies and procedures to conform to relevant state, federal, regulatory, and / or industry standards and requirements.
- Develop and provide education and training for providers and employees on the Compliance Program and ensure employees are knowledgeable of relevant regulations and policies.
- Manage investigative and audit processes to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Serve as HIPAA / Privacy specialists
