UCEDA School's mission is to provide English language programs and services to international and local students. Our main goal is to equip students with English language skills. UCEDA School achieves its mission through the implementation of the curriculum and student services.
UCEDA SCHOOL OF OBT, Orlando is looking for a customer service representative who will have the following functions and responsibilities:
Work directly with agencies recruiting students. Fully involved in the process of responding to and / or searching for prospective students and assisting them through the entire application process for the educational programs Uceda Schools offers.
Speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish - A must and required.
Aid in the application registration process by analyzing documents to see if they comply with the school's requirements. Assist students with payments and enforce our school policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the growth of our school through consultative sales with prospective and current students.
- Advise international students and their dependents and help them maintain lawful immigration status by enforcing school regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct new student orientations for International students.
- Other tasks as assigned by PDSO
Qualifications are as follows:
1-year experience in Customer Service in the field of education preferred. Eligible to work in the US.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills and writing abilities required.
Speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish
Has working knowledge of computer skills: Excel, Word, G-suite, database management, word processing, and spreadsheet use preferred.
Part time: Monday - Friday 9am - 12pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
