Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure all mail is delivered to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely manner.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and addressing.
- Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom environment.
- Track and log deliveries, shipments, and incoming packages.
- Assist in the receiving, shipping, and handling of materials or goods.
- Coordinate with couriers and delivery services for pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and shipping materials.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with mailroom equipment and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 lbs.
