Summary:
Leads system-wide, multi-disciplinary, executive-facing, innovative analytic projects that support ongoing initiatives around strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Leads data projects from initiation to completion using project management skills.
Leads system-teams in measure development through driving consensus by leveraging their skills in data development and subject-matter expertise.
Guide business partners of the role of data governance and the importance of actionable quality data. Mentor team members on analytic tools.
Maintains current knowledge of regulatory, public, and organizational reporting initiatives. Serves as resource for measure specifications, data management, and performance outcomes.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Required Licensure/Certification: Effective 6/12/2022 and to be tracked at the department level: Epic Patient Data Model proficiency within 6 months and Analytics Privileged Creator within 9 months. Preferred: Certificate of Patient, Access or Revenue Data Model and Analytics Privileged user status.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant data analysis work experience. Preferred: Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL Server. SSRS, SSAS & SSIS package development.
