Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary

Administers the Learning Management System. Oversees and coordinates staff and leadership development activities. Provides LMS utilization training for System Administrators and End Users.

Responsibilities

• Integrates the LMS system with HR data management systems. Facilitates and monitors daily user import and system operation. Implements external user account creation workflow processes, system structure and maintenance.
• Develops and maintains an efficient process of managing distribution groups and rolling out training assignments. Conducts audits of data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinates and facilitates administrative components of training activity and event development utilizing LMS user, course and attendance data import utilities.
• Provides LMS utilization training, implementing a standardized permission group matrix, development templates and guidelines for course and event creation, management and reporting of learning activities.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience with learning management system administration and project management.
