Pay: $47.57 - $76.11 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

UCHealth is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Manager to lead and optimize operations for our Poudre Valley Hospital Radiation Oncology Department at Harmony Campus and spearhead the launch of a new Radiation Oncology Center at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in 2026. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and operational excellence within a progressive, regional radiation oncology program featuring state-of-the-art Varian/Siemens technology, integrated ARIA practice management and EPIC electronic health records. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in radiation oncology operations, clinical program development, and team leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, safety, and service excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technologist program. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Required Licensure/Certification: Registered as a Technologist (RT) and certified in Radiation Therapy (T) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
