Surgical Technologist Job Description
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment, preparing operating rooms, and assisting surgeons during surgeries. Responsibilities:
- Prepares operating rooms for surgical procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Maintains a sterile environment throughout the procedure, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent.
