- Greets all guests and provides information, directions, or instructions based on guests' needs.
- Maintains and regularly updates patient information. Routes or responds to general inquiries for information or directions.
- Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming telephone inquiries.
- Receives and processes visitors' suggestions and complaints.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Minimum Required Education: None required.
- Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of hospitality experience.
