Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
- PGY2 residency in Oncology, OR PGY1 residency 1 years of Oncology Clinical experience, OR no residency and 3 years of Oncology Clinical experience preferred
- Board certification in area of expertise within 1 year of employment preferred.

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced clinical oncology pharmacist to join our dedicated team as a Clinical Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of oncology clinical pharmacists, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of chemotherapy and other oncology medications.
- Supervise daily operations of the oncology clinical pharmacists
- Oversee the training and development of oncology clinical pharmacists
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to oncology pharmacy practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of oncology pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of oncology pharmacy services.
- Maintain knowledge of current oncology medications and treatment protocols.
