Job Summary
This Radiology X-Ray Technologist Lead position offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of improving lives through compassionate care and groundbreaking research.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises and mentors a team of radiologic technologists, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Ensures high-quality patient care through adherence to standards and best practices.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current RT certification and registration with ARRT.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
