To improve lives in a dynamic environment, we are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab Unit at UCHealth Broomfield Hospital.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practice.
You will model proficiency through precepting new staff members and welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
Additionally, you will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Prioritizes wellness and evidence-based practice
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- Competitive hourly rate: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour, dependent on relevant experience
