Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU experience to join our team at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital. The ideal candidate will have approximately 6 months of ICU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
About this role:
- Provides top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care
About the ICU:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a technically complex environment where AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence-based care models.
Clinical Educators Support:
Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
